Global worming and its effect.

The earth's climate is constantly changing. This is not a part of the normal cycle of events on this planet. Most scientists agree that there are drastic changes occurring that are due to unnatural global warming. The weather is getting decidedly warmer. However, all the states show some degree of warming. Because of global warming, storms are becoming more destructive. While there have certainly been droughts, rainfall totals have risen in the past century.The number of times it rains in a year has increased during the last 50 years due to global warming. This effect is not a zonal effect.It will suffer all of us.The main cause of global worming is said to be the increase of environmental polution occure by the industries and other CFC(Cloro Floro Carbon),CO2(Carbon Die Oxide)generator devices.

Pollution makes river of Bangladesh waters hard to treat

Water of the Buriganga and Shitalakhya rivers has become difficult to treat due to high level of pollution, said Dr MA Taher Khandker, director general of Bangladesh Haor and Wetland Development Board at a seminar.
“Water in the Buriganga and Turag rivers have literally turned into poison,” said Khandker in his presentation at the seminar titled 'Pollution of Rivers around Capital Dhaka: Mitigation Options' at Water Development Board (WDB) office.
Dissolved Oxygen (DO) level, an indicator of measuring river health and aquatic life in its water, stands at zero milligram (per litre) at different points of Buriganga, Turag, Tongi Khal and Balu during dry season, he said.

Pollution from pesticide and effect on Health

More than 47% of farmers in Bangladesh use more pesticides than needed to protect their crops, according to a recent survey of 820 boro (winter rice), potato, bean, eggplant, cabbage, sugarcane and mango growers.
Among them more than 87% freely admit to using little or no protective measures while applying pesticides.
54% of the traders report frequent health symptoms commonly associated with acute pesticide poisoning.
92% freely admit that they don't take any protective measures while handling pesticides.The improper use of this pesticides cause serious pollution in water.This pesticides mix to the surface and underground water.After a short circle it comes to our body causes health damage.
